This 8" x 4" Lakota Pottery Small Wedding Vase ishandcrafted by Jone, a Lakota Indian of the Sioux Nation in South Dakota. Artist has signed the bottom of the vase. The vase is made from the red clay of the Black Hills, the sacred land of the Lakota in South Dakota, and from fine white clay imported from Kentucky. Sioux artists then hand paint and decorate each piece with designs and symbols important to their culture. Since each piece is made individually, no two pieces will be exactly alike.
