Pick My Gift is now able to get single replacements in the most popular grape cut (marsala), Essex palm leaf, pineapple cut, and black sapphire diamond cut patterns, as well as any other crystal wine glass produced by Ajka Crystal, through a special arrangement with Ajka Crystal.

Below explains the ordering process for a single replacement glass:

Contact Pick My Gift (PMG) and describe the glass(es) you want to replace. Once PMG has enough interested persons to meet the required 6 piece minimum order, PMG will request a quote from Ajka for current prices and shipping costs for the six (or more) pieces to our office in Dallas, Texas from Hungary.
PMG normally places a six piece Special Order approximately every six to eight weeks. Sometimes more frequently - depending on demand.
The shipping costs* from Hungary to our office in Dallas, Texas are then divided by the number of glasses in the order and added to the price of each glass. This cost is usually between $9.00 and $9.50 per glass.
The shipping cost** from Dallas, Texas to your location (usually around $15.00) is then calculated and added to the shipping cost from Hungary along with a $3.00 handling charge per order.

For example: If you order only 1 glass, the shipping cost would be $9.50 + $15.00 + $3.00. If you order 2 glasses the shipping cost would be $19.00 + $15.00 + $3.00.
You will then be contacted and given the total cost of your order and asked to make payment. A Special Order catalog item will be created for you to make the purchase through our secure shopping cart. This will also produce an automated email for order confirmation, followed by a second email for receipt of payment.
Payment must be received via credit card or check/money order before the order is placed.
The date that the order is submitted to Ajka will be determined when the minimum of 6 glasses is reached and payment has been received from all parties.
Once the items arrive at our Dallas location, the items will be repackaged and shipped to the respective customers.
All orders will be shipped insured. Due to the delicacy of the crystal, sometimes they arrive broken and ordering the replacements will cause a delay in shipping to you.

**Shipping costs from Dallas to your location via UPS shipping charges at time of order. Cost stated above is average current cost (12/2007) and is subject to change by UPS.
