We believe you will love the products you purchase from Pick My Gift.  However, if for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s)* for refund or replacement within 5 days of receipt of the order*.   Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  You must contact Pick My Gift by EMAIL or phone at 1-800-351-6790 prior to returning an item to receive instructions for making a return.  All returns must be in the original packaging and not show signs of wear.  All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. 

*Special Custom Made orders may not apply, depending on manufacturer.  Personalized products are not returnable.   Returns not received by Pick My Gift within 10 business days of initial receipt of item by customer will NOT be refunded.
 

NOTE:  When returning an item, you may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  Once your return is received by Pick My Gift, you will be issued a refund.  If you paid for your order via our PayPal Shopping Cart, you will receive your refund via PayPal.  If you called in your order and paid for your order by credit or debit card over the phone, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing or bank statement when your return is received by Pick My Gift.  If you paid for your order by check or money order, you will be sent a check when the returned item is received by Pick My Gift.
